Adam Michael Ricci, 24, of Vero Beach, FL died Monday, January 28, 2008 due to an accident.
Mr. Ricci was born June 7, 1983 in Miami, FL and moved to Vero Beach a year ago from Orlando, FL.
He was employed as a Sous Chef for Carmels in Vero Beach. Mr. Ricci graduated in 2004 from the Orlando Culinary Institute in Orlando, FL.
Survivors include his Mother and Step-father Bobbie and Rene Galan of Vero Beach; father and step-mother Michael and Helia Ricci of Sunrise, FL; step-sisters Alexa Galan and Andrea Galan both of Miami, FL and Noelia Rendon and Isabella Rendon both of Sunrise, FL; step-brother Paolo Rendon of Sunrise, FL; two uncles and an aunt all of Port St. Lucie, FL.
Services: The family will receive friends 6-8 PM, Friday, February 1, 2008 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM, Saturday, February 2, 2008 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
