Albert R. Berube, 73 of Barefoot Bay, FL died Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay, FL.
He was born May 28, 1935 in Lawrence, MA and was a resident of Barefoot Bay for 8 and a half years, coming from Clearwater, FL.
Mr. Berube retired from marketing and sales and was a member of St. Lukes Catholic Church, Barefoot Bay Golf Club, and up north the Knights of Columbus, Masonic Lodge and Elks Lodge. He served with the US Navy during Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Jacqueline Demers Berube of Barefoot Bay, FL; son, Steven H. Berube of Bowling Green, FL; sister, Jacqueline Lescarbeau of Hampton, NH; brothers, Philip Berube of Barefoot Bay, FL, Richard Berube of Bridgeton, ME;2 grandchildren; one great-grandson; many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society:3375 20th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
No calling hours- blessing of the ashes and prayers for immediate family only.
