Al Hilberts, 72, of Vero Beach, FL., passed away following a brief illness on Friday, November 1, 2019.  Al was born in Utrecht, Netherlands.  He moved to the United States at the age of seven.  He lived in New Jersey before moving to Florida in 1999.  Al worked for M.C. Miller Company, Inc. for close to 50 years.  He also was a devoted E.M.T. Volunteer for many years in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey.  Al was a loving, caring and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend who was adored by many and will be missed by all.

He is survived by his wife, Kris, whom he shared 46 years with; sons, Chad and his wife Erika, Corey and his wife Gwyn; daughter, Michele and grandchildren, Toby and Skylar.  He was preceded in death by his parents Antina and Aart as well as his brother John.
