Alexander P. Damiano of Vero Beach, at the age of 91 passed on November 13th, 2015 of natural causes. Alexander was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania and attended Altoona High School, and an Aeronautics Technical Institute in New Jersey after his service in the United States Air Force. Alex worked briefly for the CIA and over 25 years for Vitro Laboratories in Silver Spring, MD. He retired and lived in Vero Beach, Florida with his wife Marjorie Broder for 29 years until she passed in June 2015.

Alex was pre-deceased by his first wife, Mary Elinor Crosier Damiano and is survived by his three children, Claire Damiano, Steven Damiano, and Elinor (Toni) Damiano, nieces Linda Damiano and Regina Damiano, and nephew, Joe Damiano. The family had the recent opportunity to meet many of Alex's friends in Vero Beach and wish to acknowledge and express appreciation to his friends and the community he enjoyed over that last 29 years. His children are holding a memorial mass for Alex at St. Helen Catholic Church, Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 12:00 pm. He will be laid to rest at the Baltimore National Cemetery in Baltimore, MD.
