Mr. Bien was born December 31, 1950, in Kempten, Germany. He was a resident of Vero Beach for 5 years, coming from Middletown, NY.
His survivors include his brother, Adolf Bien of Vero Beach, FL.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Johann & Franziska, and brother, Werner Bien.
Services will be held at Cornelius Dodd & Connell Inc Funeral Home in Middletown, NY.
