Alfred Edward Stadler's Obituary
Alfred Edward Stadler, 83, of Stuart, FL died Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Stuart, FL, after a brief illness.
Mr. Stadler was born June 21, 1925 in Heidelberg, Germany and moved to Martin County three years ago from Toms River, NJ.
Prior to his retirement he had worked at Springfield Tool and Dye for 40 years in Springfield, NJ. He attended St. Andrews Catholic Church in Stuart. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, June Stadler of Stuart; two sons Michael Stadler of Manasquan, NJ and James Stadler of Ventnor, NJ ; two daughters Susan Stadler of Parkertown, NJ and Sally Frascatore of Parkertown ,NJ; two sisters Elsie Delano of Millburn, NJ and Corneila Gieger of Mountainside, NJ; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Service: A memorial mass will be celebrated 9 AM, Friday, April 24, 2009 at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Stuart, FL.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA / Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
