Alice Mildred Proudfoot, 81 of Barefoot Bay, FL died July 27, 2008 at her home.
Alice was born on December 2, 1926 in Jersey City, NJ and moved to Miami, Fl in 1970 and 3 years ago to Barefoot Bay, Fl.
She was a retired music teacher and a member of the Sebastian United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir, along with her husband.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Robert; 2 daughters, Louise Layland of Miramar, FL, Susan Shepper of Sebastian, Fl; a sister, Anne Kellgren of Rahway, NJ and a granddaughter and nieces, nephews and blended family members.
Memorial contributions may be made to Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice and Palliative Care, 8060 Spyglass Hill Road, Viera, Fl 32940.
A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, August 1, 2008 at Sebastian United Methodist Church. A luncheon will follow in the Church Fellowship hall.
