Almerinda Correira Tracey, 90, of Vero Beach died Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Consulate Health Care.

Mrs. Tracey was born January 26, 1921 in Fall River, MA. She had four sisters.

Shortly after World War II, she fell in love and married Joseph E. Tracey on October 4, 1947. They were happily married for 57 years. Alma was baptized with Joseph as Jehovah's Witnesses on October 5, 1950 in New London, CT. They moved to Vero Beach with their young daughter, Joyce Lee, 56 years ago in February 1955, from Attleboro, MA. She was an active member of the local congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Mark Larsen and Julie Larsen; son-in-law, Timothy Larsen; and sisters, Irene Kidd and Alice Corrigan.

She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph (2005) and her daughter, Joyce Larsen (2007).

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Kingdom Hall South congregation.
