A visitation will be held on Friday, January 27, 2017 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home, 1950 20th Street, Vero Beach, FL. A graveside service will follow at 12 noon at Winter Beach Cemetery.
