Ann H. Rich, 91, of Vero Beach, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2012 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.

Mrs. Rich was born June 14, 1921 in Bronx, NY. She had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1982, coming from Port Chester, NY.

She earned a nursing degree from the Columbia University School for Public Health.

Prior to her retirement she worked as a registered nurse for Westchester County in New York.

She was a member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church.

Survivors include her niece and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of seven years, Peter M. Rich.

A visitation will be held from 9:00- 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2013 in Vero Beach. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 pm. at Saint John of the Cross Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
