Obit: Anna Elinor Parker Simon
Anna Elinor Parker Simon, 86, of Vero Beach, FL died Sunday, January 16, 2011 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Simon was born February 28, 1924 in Alliance, OH and moved to Florida in the early 1960's, coming from Michigan and moving to Vero Beach from Sebastian six months ago.
She was a lifetime member and past president of the Womans Auxiliary of VFW Post 10210 of which she had also served on the Honor Guard.
Her survivors include her sister Catherine Vaught of Ft. Pierce, FL; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Alonzo Parker and Victor Simon, son Charles J. McPhee, two brothers; a sister; and a grandson.
Services: A memorial service will be held at The Isles of Vero, 1700 Waterford Drive, Vero Beach, FL on Thursday, January 27 at 2 PM.
