Anneke Maclin, 84, of Vero Beach, FL died Thursday, April 28, 2011 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
She was born April 28, 1927 in the Netherlands. She was a resident of Vero Beach for 28 years, coming from Kinnelon NJ.
She worked for Metro Goldwyn-Mayer as a language translator in New York City.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Swett of New Jersey; sister, Thea Kortbeek of the Netherlands; brother, Hugo VanGulick of the Netherlands; and one grand daughter.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Arther H. Swett, and her second husband, Austin W. Maclin.
