Arlene May Quimby-Silva passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on May 6, 2025 (predeceased by her loving husband Marino Silva of Portugal) just short of her 88th birthday, at the age of 87 in Vero Beach, Florida. Born May 18,1937, and a 1955 Graduate of Lynn English; she lived a vibrant and full life, marked by love, dedication, and creativity. She was committed to her family, dedicating over 30 years of service to Champion Lamp/Phillips Lighting/Norelco in Lynn, Massachusetts, where she was respected for her diligence and kindness.

Arlene was a woman of tradition and heart. She never missed a birthday or anniversary, always sending cards to mark special occasions. She found joy in decorating for holidays, baking wedding cakes for her family, and caring for her cats and dogs. Her passion for life took her to travel across Euope with her beloved husband Marino.

She cherished her connections, keeping in touch with relatives in England, watching Clint Eastwood and Tom Cruise films, and being a proud member of the Corvette Club. Arlene treasured her community, whether through neighborhood games, Sunday drives, or church attendance. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and engaging in creative arts.

Arlene is survived by her sons, Brian Lazurek and his wife Laurie of Cortez, Florida, and Dana Lazurek and his wife Loralei of Phoenix, Arizona, along with grandchildren Kai, Caden, and Levi. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews who remember her warmth and thoughtfulness.

A private graveside prayer and blessing will honor her memory. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all she touched, particularly through her family traditions, kindness, and joyful spirit.

She will rest with her Husband Marino in Lynn's Pine Grove Cemetery ..together forever 💘
