Arthur(Arty) W. Pyke, 55 of Vero Beach died Thursday, November 13, 2008 at his home.
He was born October 18, 1953 in Syracuse, NY, and was a resident of Vero Beach for 45 years coming from Baldwinsville, NY.
He worked for Sea Oaks as a tree surgeon and attended of the New Hope Ministries.
Survivors include his wife for 34 years Donna Pyke of Vero Beach, FL; 2 sons: Arthur Shane Pyke of Sebastian, FL, Christopher Allen Pyke of Micco, FL; father: Archibald Pyke of Baldwinsville, NY; brothers: Steve Pyke of Baldwinsville, NY, Roger Pyke of Colombus, GA, Bruce Pyke of Syracuse, NY, Donnie Burdick of Syracuse, NY; sisters: Linda Makos of Vero Beach, FL, Valarie Owle of Vero Beach, FL, Donna Summers of Ellabelle, GA; numerous cousins; nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, November 16, 2008 at the New Hope Ministries, Winter Beach, FL.
Memorial Contributions may be made to VNA Hospice House 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
