Barbara F. Galucci, 81, of Vero Beach, Florida, passed peacefully from this life on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.

Born on May 12, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ethel (Smith) Ballantine.

Barbara loved to crochet, and she enjoyed decorating and spending time at her home. She was a beautiful and giving person who will be missed by her many, many friends.  She loved animals, and especially loved to spoil her Isla and Lady Lola.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Thomas Galucci; three children, Gina (Gary) Salarno, Thomas (Mickey) Galucci; and Dawn (Paul) Schultz; and seven grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2PM on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2085 Tallahassee Avenue in Vero Beach.  Rev. Frank D'Amato will officiate.

At a later date, Barbara will be laid to rest at the Long Island National Cemetery in Farmingdale, New York.
