She was born July 3, 1936 in Fitchburg, MA, and was a resident of Sebastian since 2003, coming from Cooper City, FL.
Mrs. Garneau was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Russell A. Garneau of Sebastian, FL; son Tom Garneau of Cooper City, FL; daughter Susan Rodriguez of Cooper City, FL; sister Elizabeth Pierce of Vero Beach, FL and 5 grandchildren.
