Barbara Moshier 59, of Vero Beach, FL died Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Palm Gardens Nursing Home in Vero Beach.
Ms. Moshier was born August 26, 1951, New Rochelle, NY. She has been a resident of Vero Beach, FL since 1984, moving from Mattituck Long Island, NY.
She was a member of the Association of Retarded Citizens.
Her survivors include her brother, Frank Moshier, of Vero Beach, FL and sister, Diane Tyson, of Vero Beach, FL.
Inurnment will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce, FL.
