Barbara Sylvia Tonkin, 93, of Vero Beach, FL, passed away on April 2, 2020, at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital.  A Private Graveside service will be held on Wednesday at Crestlawn Cemetery, Vero Beach, FL.
