Bernard Leroy Pulaski 90, of Hobe Sound, FL died Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart, FL.
Mr. Pulaski was born August 11, 1920 in Illinois, he was a resident of Hobe Sound, FL for 35 years, moving from Annapolis, MD. He was a World War II Veteran and P.O.W. for 3 years and two months, serving in the United States Air Force, receiving a Purple Heart.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Betty Jane Pulaski.
His survivors include his daughter, Peggy A. Pulaski of St. Cloud, FL; son, Bernard Pulaski of Italy; sister, Charlotte Slater of Chapin, SC; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Services: A memorial service will be held at Wood Lawn Memorial Park in Joliet, Illinois at a later date.
