Betty L. Campbell, 79, of Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Palm Garden of Vero Beach.

Mrs. Campbell was born January 13, 1932 in Summerfield, FL and moved to Vero Beach in 1955 from Weirsdale, FL.

She had worked for Indian River Federal in Vero Beach before serving as secretary at Vero Fruit Company. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years Daniel A. Campbell of Vero Beach; son Kenneth D. Campbell of Vero Beach; daughter Karla Hall of Sebastian, FL; two sisters Edwina Bazemore of Pensacola, FL and Linda Darley of Silver Springs, FL; six grandchildren Daniel Hall, Jessica Hall Wells, Jennell Millian, Mendi Fuentes, Brittany Campbell and Kenneth Campbell, Jr.; and eight great-grandchidren Shelby Wells, Sophie Wells, Kylah Hall, Daevin Hall, Nicholas Fuentes, Isabella Fuentes, Matthew Milian and Christopher Milian. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Sarah Campbell.

Services: The family will receive friends 1-3 PM, Thursday, November 3, 2011 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach with her funeral service at 3 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
