Beulah Mae Strickland, 98, of Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the Sebastian River Medical Center.
Mrs. Strickland was born August 27, 1911 in Key West, FL and moved to Vero Beach 26 years ago from Miami, FL.
She worked as a Switchboard Operator for Jackson Memorial Hospital for 13 years.
She was a member of the Congregational Church in Key West, FL and of the Eastern Star in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her daughters Margaret Stubbs and Carol Hamilton both of Vero Beach, sisters Alice Hogan Moore Haven, FL and Rosalie Henson of Pembroke Pines, FL, two grandchildren, six-great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Services: Private services were held.
