Beverley B. Carter, 61, of Vero Beach, FL passed away on Saturday May 21, 2011 at her home.
She was born May 30, 1949 in Johnstown, PA and was a resident of Indian River Shores for 25 years coming from Ocean City, MD.
Beverley owned and operated the boutique at Captain Hirams, was a member of the Vero Beach Country Club and the O.C. Golf & Yacht Club in Ocean City, MD. She was an alumni of Hannah More Academy in Baltimore, MD and Marjorie Webster College in Washington, D.C.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Martin H. Carter of Vero Beach, FL, daughter Elizabeth L. Carter of St. Augustine, FL and twin sister Barbara B. Kirby of Baltimore, MD.
She was preceded in death by her brother William C. Booze, Jr. and father Captain William C. Booze.
Memorial services will be held privately.
