Lavonne "Bonnie" Buyer, 79, of Vero Beach, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Indian River Medical Center.

She was born on April 16, 1934 in Delta, OH. She was married to Edward Lamb who unexpectedly passed away in 1956. She lived in Vero Beach for the past 45 years, coming here from Toledo, OH.

Prior to her retirement she was a realtor in Indian River County for approximately 25 years. Bonnie was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church and was also a member of the Republican Executive Committee of Indian River County.

Bonnie had an extraordinary sense of humor and brought a smile to the face of everyone she met. She found a silver lining in every situation. She was a remarkable mother, friend, and wife and she will be deeply missed.

Survivors include her husband, of 47 years, John Buyer of Vero Beach, FL; son, Rick Lamb of Vero Beach, FL; and brother, Isadore O'Neill of Delta, OH.

At the request of the family service will be private.
