Brianna L. Snell, age 15, died Wednesday, May 18, 2011, in Wolfson Childrens Hospital in Jacksonville. Brianna had formerly been a resident of Okeechobee for six years.
She is survived by her father, Bruce (Pamela) Snell, Sr. of Okeechobee; mother, Hattie (Alanza) Becton of Jacksonville; twin brother, Bruce Snell, Jr. and Demetrius Clark, both of Okeechobee; sisters, Samantha Wilson and TeMarian Snell, both of Jacksonville, Deandra and Demetra Snell both of Angier, N.C., Kiera and Cordelia Snell, Taey Washington and Luzana Venzor, all of Okeechobee; grandparents, James (Dyette) Snell, Sr. and Bessie (Willie) Boswell, all of Okeechobee; great-grandparents, Georgia (Thomas) Perry of Frostproof, Fla., great-grandmother, Rebecca Brown of Okeechobee; niece, Evionna Wilson of Jacksonville; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 28, 2011, at Noon with a service following at 1:00 p.m. at the First Missionary Baptist Church of Deans Court.
