Carl J Mosher Sr of Vero Beach passed away on 11/10/2013 after a long illness. He was 83 years old. Major Mosher was a veteran of the USAF (Retired 1973), Southern Bell Telephone, and the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to moving to Vero Beach in 2002, he was a 28 year resident of Miami Lakes, where he served the Miami Lakes Civic Association and Miami Lakes Optimist Club.
Major Mosher is survived by his wife of 54 years Catherine Dotson of Miami Springs, son Carl Mosher Jr. (Robin)of Birmingham, AL; daughter Jennifer Mosher of Vero Beach, son Edward(Carmen) Mosher of Vero Beach; and daughter Michelle (Mark) Schleich of Miami Lakes. Also, grandchildren Marissa, Allie, Sarah, Matthew, Madeline, Maison, Katie, and Carly.
A viewing will be held Thursday 11/14/2013 from 6pm to 8pm at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds 1950 20 St Vero Beach, Fl. He will be interred at Arlington National Cemetary.
