Casper T. Baccarella, 85, of Vero Beach, FL died July 28, 2014 at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.

He was born March 20, 1929 in Farmingdale, NY and had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1986, coming from Massapequa, Long Island.

Mr. Baccarella was a veteran of the United States Army.

Prior to retirement, he worked as a carpenter and was the owner of C & B Overhead Garage Doors in Massapequa.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Baccarella; sons, Thomas and his wife, Lenore, of Bellmore, NY and Robert and his wife, Denise, of Long Pond, PA; sister, Jean and her husband, Jay Salzberg of Greenlawn, NY and four grandchildren, Matthew, Victoria, Brianne and Brandon. He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Jennie Baccarella.

A viewing will be held 3-5pm, Thursday, July 31, 2014 followed by a 5 pm prayer service at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach, FL.
