Cecelia Constance Fisher, 89, of Palm City, FL died Thursday, May 14, 2009 at the Treasure Hospice House in Stuart.
Mrs. Fisher was born December 21, 1919 in Buffalo, NY and moved to Palm City, FL twenty years ago from Austin, TX.
She was a owner / operator of her Hair Salon in Buffalo, NY for ten years.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Edwin Fisher of Palm City; brother Edward Dean Sr.
of Buffalo, NY; sister Regina Stefanski of Williamsville, NY; and nieces and nephews.
Services: A memorial service will be celebrated at a later date in Athol Springs, NY.
