Cecilia Lucille Ferrara Carraway (nee Belak), age 88, passed away peacefully November 28, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Les Carraway. Loving mother of Nancy (Jon) Hamilton, Ricky (Wendy) Ferrara, and Linda (Eddie) Deubel. Cherished grandmother of Rachelle (Jeremy) Belloit, Ryan (Ana) Wells, Rob Wells, Jamie Wells, Joshua (Mattie) Deubel, Sasha Deubel, Nicole (Michael) Hazen, Ricky Jr. (Courtney) Ferrara, Heather (Erik) Andersen. Caring great grandmother of Teagan and Jake Belloit, Jachin and Aryana Wells, Charlie, John, Teddy and Sam Hazen, and Natasha Andersen. Buddy to Augie. Beloved sister of Marion Gabriel, Patrick Belock (deceased), Joseph Belock (deceased), Elmer (Jay) Belock (deceased), Catherine Lasker (deceased), and Barbara Dolak (deceased).

Born to John and Katherine Belak (nee Sofranko) in Marianna, Pennsylvania December 25th, 1927, Cecilia spent most of her young adult life in Cleveland, Ohio before moving to Vero Beach, Florida. She loved spending time with family, never turned down an opportunity to dance to all genres of music, was an avid crocheter, a hopeless romantic, and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Vero Beach.
