Charles O. McCarron Jr., o f Vero Beach Florida, born and raised in Watertown Massachusetts, Charlie passed away on August 28 th 2019 at the age of 54.

Survived by his wife Donna McCarron of 25 years and their four children, Christopher Rivera of West Park FL, Melisa Rivera, Michael Rivera and Charles McCarron III of Vero Beach, Fl. and his grandson Juliano Callahan also of Vero Beach.   Sister, Linda McCarron of Eustis, Fl and Brother, Edward McCarron and his wife, Kathy McCarron of Mount Dora, Fl. And Bobby, his brother from another mother, from Jacksonville FL. Predeceased by his brother Ronald, sisters Catherine, Michelle and Mary.

Charlie was raised in an Irish Catholic family, in Watertown, Massachusetts.  He was always searching for his Irish roots but unable to find them. So, he read and was quite knowledgeable on Irish history.  Charlie would share stories of the Irish and what brought them to America.

Charlie moved to Florida in 1993, shortly thereafter, he met the woman of his dreams Donna who he affectionately called "Doll Face".  Because he was on the road for work, during the summer he would take the kid's traveling sharing these great experiences. After the children had grown Donna was able travel with Charlie and share these valuable times.   Charlie's passion and love for history and music has been instilled in his children as well as his great sense of humor. "He filled a void in his children's lives that will never be forgotten" …

Charlie lived his life to the fullest, a lifelong truck driver for over thirty years it was his passion. Charlie started driving trucks with his father, "Chuck" at North American Van Lines back-in the 1980's.  Several years later, his dream of starting his own moving business came to be as he started his family owned and operated moving company, in Florida. For the last fourteen years Charlie was able to fulfill another dream, of being a truck driver for Manheim Steamroller, WWE, Cameron Carpenter and many other musicians and artists! Even his dream tour "ACDC"!  The last musician Charlie drove with was Granger Smith who appreciated everything Charlie had to offer and made him feel loved and part of the family.

Charlie was an avid sports fan and always remained true to Boston.  He was able to follow them with his travels, always meeting fans across the country.

Charlie had an easy-going gentle way.  He made new friends all the time. He is well known in the trucker community. He valued friendships. He was a hard-working man. Striving to do the right thing.  He will be sorely missed by many. We will miss his stories, humor and guidance.
