Obit-Clarence B. Chuck Whims, Jr.
Clarence B. Whims died July 25, 2008 at his residence in West Melbourne, Fl. Chuck was born in Atlantic City on April 29, 1931 and was the son of Dr. C.B. Whims and Grace Miller Whims who preceded him in death. He is survived by a brother, Thomas G. Whims and sister-in-law Laoma Whims of Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Chuck attended MIT and his career included being the top sales manager for BERD Atomic Manufacturing Co., dealing in Medical Equipment for both South America and Europe. He also acted as business manager for Frits Van Eeden International Art Studios.
There will be no local services. His body will be cremated and the cremates will be inurned in Holland at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Seawinds Funeral Home, Melbourne, Fl. Condolences may be sent through www.seawindsfh.com/obit.php
