Claude J Lacasse of Fort Pierce Fl, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2018 at Lawnwood Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Lyster, Quebec, to the late Maxime Lacasse and Rose Delima Gosselin.  He was also predeceased by several sisters and a brother.

Claude worked as a carpenter for the Boston Carpenters Union, Local 218 for over 15 years.  He relocated to Ft Pierce Florida (from Salem NH) back in 2000.  He always loved the warmer weather.  He loved being with his family and especially his grandkids and great grandkids whom all called him Pappy.  He loved fishing and going to the beach, but his true love was traveling all over with his beautiful wife of 56 years

He is survived by his loving wife, Denise Houle of Ft Pierce Fl, son and fiancé, Michel Lacasse and Kimberly Shafer of Middleton, MD, daughter and partner, Linda Lacasse and Andrew Coniglio of Sebastian FL and daughter and son in law, Nancy and Michael Gendron of Derry, NH.  Grandchildren:  Christopher, Joseph and wife Jessica, Elizabeth, Ryan, Eric, Victoria, Jake and Samantha.  Great Grandchildren:  Liam, Savannah, Camden and Gunner.  He is also survived by his sister, Madeleine Lacasse of Princeville, Quebec.
