Colin Kelly Hulbert, 49, of Vero Beach, FL died Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at his home.
He was born January 6, 1959 in Elmira, NY and moved to Vero Beach 25 years ago from his place of birth.
He had worked in the roofing and landscaping industry.
Survivors include his father Frank Hulbert of Vero Beach; mother Joan Marie Stevens of Lawrenceburg, TN; two daughters Kelly Marie Hulbert and Christy Ann Hulbert both of Ocala, FL; son Caleb Hulbert of Ocala, FL; two sisters Tami Hulbert of Columbia, TN and Mary Hulbert of Buffalo, NY; three step-sisters Selena Simmons of Columbia, TN, Dorothy Hawley of Cody, WY and Leasa Collins of Port Richey, FL.
He was predeceased by his step-mother Betty Jean Hulbert, step-father Frank Stevens and step-brother Danny Hulbert.
