Conrad Reinis, 81, of Port Saint Lucie, FL died Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart, FL.
Mr. Reinis was born October 11, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Port Saint Lucie in 1989 from Port Salerno, FL.
He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during the Korean Conflict.
Prior to retirement he had been a Supervisor for Pratt & Whitney for 30 years in West Palm Beach, FL.
He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion in Port Saint Lucie.
Survivors include his wife of 13 years, Catherine Reinis of Port Saint Lucie, sons Harmon Reinis of Hobe Sound, FL and Tom Reinis of North Carolina, daughter Sharon Carter of Tennessee, step-son Charles Smith of the U.S. Navy, step-daughter Stephanie Garlington of Winter Springs, FL, brother George Reinis of Chapel Hill, NJ, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services: At the request of the family there will be no services.
