Darlene Williams Foster, 81, of Vero Beach, FL passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach, FL.  Darlene was born in Springfield, Ohio. She moved to Vero Beach in 1994.  Darlene leaves her memories to be cherished by her children, Linda, Susan, and Doug.  She also had 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Darlene also leaves behind a sister, Shirley Caylor and a brother, Carl E. Williams, Jr. Those who knew Darlene will remember her as a kind, giving, and faithful person.  Darlene loved being with family and celebrating the holidays with them.
