Obit: David A. Hamilton
David A. Hamilton, 72, of Vero Beach, FL died Monday, July 18, 2011 at his home.
Mr. Hamilton was born January 1, 1939, in Fort Pierce, FL and moved to Vero Beach in 1964 from his place of birth.
He had been a citrus grove owner and also owned David Hamilton Grove Care. He was a 1956 graduate of Dan McCarty High School in Ft. Pierce, FL; a member of the First Baptist Church of Vero Beach and the Vero Beach Jaycees. He had served in the Florida National Guard.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years Laura Lee Wilder Hamilton of Vero Beach; son Brent Hamilton of Vero Beach; daughter Molly Sager of Fairview, NC; sisters Jean Hamilton Smith of Merritt Island, FL and Priscilla Hamilton Amerikanos of Vero Beach; and three grandchildren Samuel Burch, Katherine Kate Burch and Andrew Sager of Fairview, NC.

Services: There will be a private family service at the request of the deceased.
