David Eugene Tibbs, 58, of Sebastian, FL died Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
Mr. Tibbs was born December 15, 1951 in Bethesda, Maryland and moved to Sebastian 8 years ago coming from Suwanee, Georgia.
He was an arborist.
Survivors include his mother, Marie Smigiel of Sebastian, FL, sisters, Jane Jennings of Blairsville, GA, Brenda Hays of Suwanee, GA, Robin Brick of Osteen, FL and a brother, Stephen Tibbs of Suwanee, GA.
