Mrs. Debbie Bartee, 57 of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away on February 27, 2020.

Born December 5, 1962, in Vero Beach, FL, she was a daughter of James Bartee and Jerelene Spikes Fowler.

Debbie was of the Jehovah's Witness faith. Caring & compassionate, she owned & operated group homes for the mentally challenged.

Debbie was a member of the Sista Big Bones Motorcycle Club; she loved to travel, go shopping, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family & friends.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Jermaine Benjamin.

In addition to her parents, Debbie is survived by her daughter, Tara Bartee West and husband William; grandson, William Warren West III; siblings, Tara Bartee (Willie), J.Irwin Bartee (Renee), J. Aaron Bartee (Kim), Antoine Bartee (April), and Vernon Chambliss;  step-mother, Brenda; step-father, Jimmy Fowler; a host of nieces, nephews, and many other loving family and friends.

Memorial services will be Saturday, March 7th, 11:00 a.m. at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Chapel.
