Debra DebiDo Diers, age 56, died Saturday, May 14, 2011, at her home.
Debra was a resident of Okeechobee for the past 15 years. She was a member of Butchs Red Neck Yacht Club and enjoyed boat riding and fishing. Entertaining others with card tricks and jokes was fun to her but being a grandmother was at the top of her list of favorite things.
Survivors include a son, William (Renee Vaughn) Rowe ; grandson, William Parker Rowe ; granddaughter, Nevaeh Lynn Rowe, all of Okeechobee; parents, Jessie and Mary Joyner of West Palm Beach; brothers, Dave (LeAnn) Joyner, Billy Paul Joyner, Jerry (Mary) Joyner, all of West Palm Beach, Curry Joyner of Okeechobee, Mike (Brenda) Joyner of Fox River, Ill.; sisters, Mary Sue (Carl) Rainer of West Palm Beach, Patti (Tom) Griffin of Marco Island, Fla.; step-grandson, Devonte Edwards; step-granddaughters, Daysha Vaughn and Katlin Yarborough.
The family will receive friends at Buxton-Seawinds Funeral Home on Saturday, May 21, 2011, from 2 until 4 p.m., with a memorial service at 4 p.m. Following the service, friends are invited to gather for a celebration of life at Butchs Fish Camp, 4870 Highway 441 S.E., Okeechobee.
