Diana L. Jacobi, 82, of Vero Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2015 with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Providence, RI on May 9, 1933.

With enthusiasm and love, Diana raised 6 children. After that, she worked as an administrative assistant for various employees over the course of her life, in Michigan for the Auto Makers, for seven years in Vero Beach for the Board of Realtors, and a Mediphysical Bookstore. Diana loved gardening, Bridge, painting, board games, especially Scrabble, and enjoyed the beach and ocean. Diana met her best friend in 1978 and married him in 1986.

Diana has lived in Vero Beach since 1978, moving from Michigan.

Diana was preceded in death by a sister, Alma Clifford, and is survived by her husband, Paul of 12 years; sons, Steve Meredith and his wife, Nancy, and Mike Meredith and his wife, Cindy, both of Holt, Michigan and Thomas Meredith of Vero Beach, FL; daughters, Kathy Woodhouse of Vero Beach, FL, Judy Buckley and her husband, Brender of Orlando, FL and Cindy Daniels and her husband, David of Onsted, Michigan; a sister, Gloria Sinni of Vero Beach, FL; eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and a service will begin at 1:00 pm.
