Diane M. Miller of Vero Beach, Florida passed away February 25, 2023.

Diane was born in Niagara Falls, NY December 4, 1936 to Dominic J
Caterina and Joan M Gardner.

Graduating from Niagara Falls High School she went on to receive a
teaching degree from Kueka College, New York.

She spent thirty four years teaching English to fifth grade students at George
Fischer Middle School in Carmel N.Y. She was an incredible teacher, a
dynamo in the classroom, and was loved by her students and colleagues.
Diane was very active in the Carmel Teachers Association, holding several
offices.

When she retired from teaching, Diane became a Paralegal and worked in
law offices in Carmel N.Y. and Yorktown Heights N.Y.

Diane was an avid golfer and despite her diminutive size, could hit the ball a
mile. When she moved to Vero Beach, FL she continued to play golf at
Fairwinds Golf Course and loved both the game and the camaraderie. She
enjoyed lunches and dinners with friends and family.

Diane is survived by her brothers Louis Caterina (Barbara); Vincent
Caterina (Lynn); her niece and nephews, and grand niece and grand
nephews.

Diane's request was for no official services.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to
VNA & Hospice Foundation 1110 35th Lane ,Vero Beach, FL 32960,
or American Cancer Society.
