Dolores W. Smith, 79, of Vero Beach, FL died Thursday, December 27, 2007 at her home in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Smith was born January 12, 1928 in Elizabeth, NJ and moved to Vero Beach in September from Westbury, CT.
She was of the Methodist Faith and a member of the golf groups at Grand Harbor. She was active in Aspetuck Valley Country Club and the Grand Harbor Country Club.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years James B. Smith of Vero Beach; sons James W. Smith of Weston, CT and John B. Smith of Centenial, CO; daughter Linda S. Merril of Louisville, KY and three grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother.
Services: A memorial celebration will be held 11 AM, Monday December 31, 2007 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA/Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
