Donald "Don" Emerson Ketchum, 58, of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach Florida on November 10, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Don was born on January 18, 1967, in La Grange, Illinois, to the late Donald Russell and Georgia Mae Ketchum. He grew up in Vero Beach, Florida with his twin brother Jon Ketchum and older sister Sara Laub. He's single and has no kids, but he's a beloved Uncle to Karlee Ketchum-Morris, Ellee and Rylee Ketchum, Logan and Jocee Laub.

Don graduated high school in Vero Beach High School and got his Associate Degree at Indian River State College.

Don teamed up with his twin brother Jon as a co-owner/landscaper at Green Forest Landscaping and Garden for 26 years. On his leisure time, he shares the same passion with him to go outdoors. He's a true sportsman at heart; he loves to spend an endless hour outdoor going fishing and hunting. Don was a great cook; he makes some delicious meals from the fish/meat he got. His lifelong passion for fishing and hunting began in his youth with the influence of his Uncle Bill. He was doing the same thing to his nieces and nephew passing on legacy.

Don will forever be missed, but his memories and legacy live on!
