Doris M. Webber, 91, of Vero Beach, FL passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Consulate Health Care.
Doris was born August 19, 1923 in Westville, NJ and graduated from Woodbury High School in 1940. She immediately went to work as a secretary in a Woodbury law firm and attended Rutgers University, Camden at night. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 1948 and continued to work in the same firm for 37 years. She and her husband retired and moved to Vero Beach where she continued to work in local law firms part time until full retirement in 1999, when they relocated to Sebastian. She was a founding member and organist of Grace Baptist Church in Vero Beach.
Doris is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Edward S. Webber in 2008 and is survived by her son, Bruce of Flushing, NY.
A celebration of Doris's life will take place at 1:00 PM, Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Grace Baptist Church, 1285 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960. Interment will take place at 11:30 AM, Friday, February 6, 2015 at South Florida National Cemetery.
