Dorothy Elaine Dean, passed away January 12, 2021.  She was born in Wellsburg, West Virginia.  She had worked as an administrative assistant in the City of Houston before retirement.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard H. Lyne in 2015.

Dorothy is survived by her son A. Paul Dean, his wife Joanne of San Antonio, Texas, her son-in-law Gary Harrold of Vero Beach, four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Dorothy will be interred in Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
