Dorothy Muriel McConnell, 87, of Port Saint Lucie, FL died Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at her home.
Mrs. McConnell was born February 23, 1922 in Paterson, NJ and moved to Port Saint Lucie in 1979 from Flanders, NJ.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. McConnell was a member of the Dancing Grannys in Port Saint Lucie, an avid bowler, bridge player and bicyclist. She was a member of the Dutch Reform.
Survivors include her son Charles T. McConnell of Port Saint Lucie, daughter Judy Niskach of Palm Coast, FL, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Charles L. McConnell.
Services: Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
