Dorothy (Dotty) Metts Hall, 86, of Vero Beach, FL died Friday, October 24, 2008 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Hall was born July 9, 1922 in Sanford, FL and moved to Vero Beach in 1948 from Miami, FL.
She had worked for the City of Vero Beach in the Public Works Department and as secretary for Frank Cox in the T&D Department. Her greatest joy was to spend time with her great granddaughters, who were the love of her life.
Survivors include her daughter Susan (Larry Smith) of Vero Beach, FL; two granddaughters Stephanie (David) Stawara and Shannon Smith of Vero Beach; two great granddaughters Lilla and StellaRose Stawara.
She was predecease by her husband J.H. (Shorty) Hall.
Services: A graveside service will be held at 10:30 pm on Monday, October 27, 2008 at Crestlawn Cemetery.
