Dorothy S. Weitz's Obituary
Dorothy S. Weitz, 90, of Jensen Beach, FL died Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Brighton Gardens in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Mrs. Weitz was born November 1, 1919 Ozone Park, NY and moved to Jensen Beach in 1979 from Wading River, NY.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Stuart, FL; a member of Friends of Library in Jensen Beach, a volunteer at the House of Refugee and Second Sight.
Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Donald Weitz of Port St. Lucie, daughter Marilyn Filmanski of Henrico, VA, sister Adele Hagmann of Wilmington, NC, one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Services: Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
