Earl K. Andersen, Sr., 83 of Barefoot Bay, FL died Saturday, February 20, 2010 at his residence.
He was born June 20, 1926 in Quincy, MA and was a resident of Barefoot Bay for 20 years, coming from Hobe Sound, FL.
Prior to retirement Mr. Andersen worked as a city manager in Maine and Florida. He was a Mason for 50 years and a life member of DAV. He served in the US Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years Marjorie L. Andersen of Barefoot Bay, FL; daughters Karalee Blair of Clearwater, FL, Nancy Hohnholz of Clearwater, FL; son Earl K. Andersen, Jr. of Palm Harbor, FL; sister Jane Dunn of Augusta, ME; brother Edward Andersen of Port St. Lucie, FL and three grandchildren.
