Edward Stephen Gavora's Obituary
Edward Stephen Gavora, 88, of Vero Beach, FL died Sunday, January 24, 2010 at his home.
Mr. Gavora was born January 26, 1921 in New York, NY and moved to Vero Beach in 1984 from Blauvelt, NY.
He was a machinist for White Sewing Machines and Rockland Power and Light. Mr Gavora was a member of St Helen Catholic Church, the Polish American Club, the VFW, and the Indian River Model Airplane Club. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include his wife Mary Dorothy Gavora of Vero Beach and brother Frank Gavora of Florida.
He was predeceased by his son Dennis E. Gavora.
Services: Interment will be at St. Anthonys Cemetery in Nanuet, NY.
