Edward D. Rowe, 89, of Vero Beach, FL, died Wednesday , January 4, 2012 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.

Mr. Rowe was born January 8, 1922 in Lowell, MA and moved to Florida in 2007 from Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Before his retirement in 1986, he worked as an electrician. He served in the United States Navy during WWII and was honorably discharged and was a member of King's Baptist Church in Vero Beach..

He was a member of Kings Baptist Church in Vero Beach.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Edna S. Troutman Rowe of Vero Beach; sons Edward Rowe of Vero Beach, FL, David Rowe of Langhorne, PA and James Rowe of Visalia, CA.

Service: A Life Celebration Service for Mr. Rowe will begin at Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Kings Baptist Church in Vero Beach, FL with Pastor Frank Ellis officiating and military honors by VFW Post 3918.
